Mental Health and Hygiene

Hopefully, you’ve already watched Guy Winch’s video How to Practice Emotional Hygiene. If not, it will create a good foundation in an entertaining and “non-clinical” way that will also have you laughing.

Emotional First Aid is another of his videos offering practical strategies for treating emotional injuries such as failure, rejection, and guilt. Left untreated, these can worsen and dramatically impact our quality of life.

“Peek-a-boo” is another favorite TED Talk, delivered by seven-year-old Molly Wright. She’s convinced we could change the world by playing the game and doing a few other things with kids. I agree.
